The Pretty Brides will check with the Designers to see if the dress is currently in stock and available now, or if not, we maybe able to offer you a Special Order (estimated 5-6 months). We will pop you a reply and let you know the options on that dress.

If you wish to proceed in ordering the dress. It is very simple...
Invoice Sent - Payment Due within 14 days
The Pretty Brides will send you an Invoice for the dress order confirming the dress name, the size and the colour along with the estimated arrival time.
*Please note - If you are purchasing an In-Stock Dress, the stock varies on a daily basis and we cannot secure the dress until payment has been processed. Should it no longer be available, we maybe able to offer a Special Order on the dress or you can request a full refund. Feel free to double-check if it's still in stock on the day you intend to pay.
The Payment Structure
In-Stock dresses (2-8+ week order) require 100% payment + Postage
Special Order dresses (estimated 5-6 month order) require 50% deposit - remaining 50% + £35 Postage due within 14 days once customer has been notified the dress has arrived.
Postage Options and estimated timescales for In-Stock Dresses:
Standard: £35 (4-8+ weeks)
Express: £65 (2-4 weeks)
Saturday Standard: £45

If you have a pending balance on the dress this can be paid within 14 days. Once cleared payment has been received, we then go onto...
We will post your dress with Tracked & Signed Delivery according to your postage selection

The long awaited day has come to finally try on your dress! You must be so excited, and it's time!
Please ensure to keep the dress in its original, new, unmarked, undamaged condition with labels attached with its packaging in the event you wish to return the dress. Full terms for returns click here

It is also worth noting, any dresses ordered in a standard size (i.e. size 44) will require alterations. The only exceptions are 'custom' sized dresses, which are made to your specific measurements.
You will likely find the standard size is too long, has sleeves or straps that need lifting, and nips & tucks throughout the body of the dress. Don't worry - It will fit AMAZINGLY once altered to your body.

We are thrilled you love your dress! Massive congratulations to you! We hope you have found this experience simple and enjoyable.
Please keep in touch with photos, reviews and tag us! It's very helpful for other brides to see real pictures. Please let us know if we may share any pictures via our website and social media.
Not So Keen?
Not a problem! Sometimes it just isn't meant to be. We are sorry you didn't love your dress, but we have you covered - You have 14 days to return the dress for a full refund once we are notified. *Please do not return the dress without contacting us first for the authorisation and full instructions, otherwise the dress will be shipped back to you with no refund.
Please be aware you are responsible for the return postage (insured & tracked). Once we receive your return and happy it's in its original condition, unmarked, undamaged with packaging and tags, we will submit a no quibble refund within 14 days.
